Kyle began his journey in the trades at just 15, working as a laborer for a local roofing company. Kyle’s built a career rooted in hands-on work across a wide range of industries—including roofing, landscaping, carpentry, painting, hospitality and construction. No matter the job, Kyle has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, deep respect for others, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

In 2011, Kyle launched Dev Group from the back of his van, armed with a power washer and Groupons, growing it into a $10 million enterprise over the next decade. Kyle has built some of the finest homes in the South Shore and takes great pride in shaping the skyline of his own community. Today, Kyle’s primary focus is turning The Dev Group into Boston’s premier real estate design, development and construction management firm.

Kyle received his bachelors of science degree in business from Providence College and is a Licensed General Contractor and Real Estate professional in Massachusetts. He currently resides in the South Shore with his wife and son.
